Dayna is a Registered Psychologist and holds a Master of Science Degree in Marital and Family Therapy.
As a Relationship Psychologist my passion and mission in life is to help people create amazing relationships that are grounded in love, safety & security, validation, growth, and having each other’s back, always!
I help my individual clients and couples understand themselves and each other on a deep level by mastering their own owners manual and each other’s owner’s manual. When we understand both our own blueprint and our partners, life becomes much easier! My clients experience growth both individually and in their relationships.
I focus on 4 types of relationships:
The one you have with yourself
The one you have with your partner (couple, marriage)
The one you have with your kids
The one you have with everyone else in your life (friends, extended family, co-workers)

Outside of work, my life is enriched by a loving relationship with my best friend, significant other and the one who stands by me unconditionally. Together, we share the joys of raising our beautiful children who keep us on our toes, our lives exciting and our days vibrant. As a dedicated dance and hockey mom, you can find me cheering from the sidelines, being our kids’ biggest fan and celebrating moments of their growth and achievements. I’m a naturally born adventure seeker, always on the lookout for new experiences and outdoor thrills. One of my greatest passions outside of my family is riding my motorcycle, where I can let my hair blow and my soul soar. I strive to achieve work/life balance. I remind myself daily, the importance of beginning each day with a grateful heart regardless of the challenges we may face. Life is about making memories that can be cherished and last us a lifetime!
